Went to watch movie with the honey on saturday.

The rise of Ronin Gang, a band of notorious robbers changed the lives of three policemen drastically. Each of the three policemen: Fong (starring Shawn Yue), King-ho (starring Jaycee Chan) and Chan (starring Nicholas Tse) have their own stories but are motivated to achieve a common goal: to bring Tien (starring Wu Jing), the leader of the Ronin Gang to justice.

Time is running out as Tien's influence grew and the gang's ruthless acts are getting out hand. With Fong's wit, Jing King-ho's courage and Chen's dexterity, the three vowed to capture Jiang. However, it was also during the intense period of tracking the Ronin Gang that the three learnt about the presence of a prominent figure in the police force who is in cahoots with Tien With all these against them, they are even more determined to rid the evil doings of Tien and his accomplice

why do i feel frustrated at not being told of things?

Had lunch with wynnie just now.
we start talking about the new course that i wanna take up next year.
the conversation got to a point where she asked me - do you like what you are doing now, as in your job?
my answer was the same as i gave anyone - its a job. it pays for my food, my shopping, my family expense.

it got me thinking.
how many of you love your jobs?
as in you will not or perhaps seldom get the notion of - HEY what the hell am i doing all this now. i should be doing something else!
how many of you will fake mc as often as you can just to NOT go in office n see that dreaded pile of papers.
i know i dun love my job.
its just my rice bowl. thats all.
i know this is the wrong mindset but i bet out of 10 ppl, at least 6 ppl think this way.
what are the chances of us getting the job we like? the job we want?
even if we do study the courses we want , we might not land a job that we want.
i often envy friends who are in high positions or those who have family business.
but i know they are piled up with a hill high worth of stress & baggage more den i do.
like my director, since he's of working age, he's been with the company and working his ass off every night.
some of us will say he's a workaholic, but neither us understand the double consequences he has to bear when the business dont go well. the double scolding he has to face. the double explanations he has to give.
sometimes its even harder to rebuke when your parent is your boss.
the unhappiness of getting lashed at at work den having to go home and face the person at the same table and trying not to spew out four letter words.
in a good way, we get to choose what we want to do. or maybe fight for what we want to do.
for them its been fixed since they were young.
silver spoon, no silver spoon. i guess everyone has their shares of job woes.

Daughter: i haven read to that page yet la. news more important.

mum: aiya news everyday also got. yoga only once a week.

daughter: *rolls eyes*

mum: so when you getting married. or want to get married?

daughter: *stun for a while*

This is one question mum has never ask daughter before.

daughter: maybe 29 or 30 lor. if everything goes well for my love life. no one proposes to me yet lei.

mum: hmm..

daughter: i decided i want to stick around and irritate you a bit longer. haa....

How we are different and what to do about it.

A man goes to restroom for 1 & only 1 reason. Women use restroom as Social Lounges + therapy Room.

How Men talk: 1st rule of talking to a Man - Keep it simple! Give him only 1 thing at a time to think about.

Women can speak and listen simultaneously while at the same time accusing men of being unable to do neither.

Men take turns talking, so when a men is having his turn, let him have it. Men interrupt each other only when they become competitive or aggressive.

To get a men to listen, give him advance notice. For e.g. tell him what u want to talk about n when.

To motivate a man to actions in a question, add "will" or "would". For eg. [Will you call me tonight?] Instead of [Can you call me tonight?]

How to get a man to listen: Make a time, give him agenda, announce a time limit and tell him you dun wan solutions or plans of actions.

Boys have better spatial skills than Gals. Diana was busying running her tape measures over everywhere of the corner just to fit furniture when her 14yr old son says: forget it Mum, that won’t fit there. It’s so big.

A Woman has no sense of direction, but a Man can never find socks in his drawer.

To have a happy life: Never insists a woman to read a map or St Directory.

A women need to make sure that she doesn’t make her Man feel wrong when discussing problem. A man needs to understand that a women's objective is not to make him wrong. That’s Man and Women.

Don’t EVER offer a man Advise unless he ask for it. Tell Him you have confidence in his ability to work things out. He Needs Them.

Talking about her problems is how a woman gets relief from stress. But she wants to be heard, not fixed.

For a woman, sharing her problem with her friends is a sign of trust and friendship.

A man talks inside his head. He doesn’t have a specific brain area for speech. This is why when under pressure of problems or stress, a man Clams up and stops talking. He uses his right brain to solve problems and his left brain stops talking or listening. Man can only do a thing at a time.

When a man is on his rock, women need to leave them alone and let them think. Many women misunderstood n felt angry upset when his silence meant he doesn’t love her. Leaves him and dun press him to talk, he'll be fine. When he finally solves his problem, he’ll come down off his rock and feel happy n begin to talk again.

How Men alienate Women: if a man suspect a women is upset, he does what man do for another man, Walks away n give her some space to solve it. Where actually the woman needs love and cares. She thinks he is uncaring and heartless, but actually that idiot meant good to her. Man dun speaks well.

Most man get a brain hemorrhage after 20mins of shopping.
