According to researchers in Germany, if you wish to use your biological clock to wake u up in the morning, there is a method.

let say you wish to get up at 6am:
before you sleep, hit your head against your pillow 6 times. afterwhich go to sleep.

not sure if it works though.

p/s: what if you woke up at 6pm instead???
