am i really a bad tempered person?

i had a conversation with a friend just nw.
he say someone told him im a nice person except for my temper.
someone said i dun say sorry even if its my fault.

am i really such a person?

often when two person quarrel, they are blinded by anger , they say words they dun mean, they do things they dun mean. they even curse and swear words that they themself dun even noe the meaning.
i am not saying in a fit of anger, i can just scold anyone anything i like.
but honestly i dun reali think i am that bad a temper person someone claimed that i am.

over the years , i turn from submissive to be more able to defend myself.
if it isnt my fault, its either i will try to stop the quarrel or just not say sorry.
if the matter concerns my dignity and i m not in the wrong, saying sorry is just proving to the other party that i am wrong.

why is it that when guys with HUGE egos does something wrong, they expect no one to get a word of SORRY out of them. instead they will try to be nice to the person to make up for it?
starting i could nt understand, but now i guess this is just the difference between a guy n a gal.

guys expect their gfs to pacify them whenever the gf make them so piss offffffff.....
but smetimes pacifying doesnt work at all.
cause if they r so over bothered with getting angry, pacifying will get the gf no where.
i guess now is like ,different ppl u have to adopt a different method of pacifying to get urself out of trouble.

ok back to my general issue,

am i really a bad tempered person?
i always thought i m an accomodating person, at least for some people
people, pls tell me....
