Nxxxx service

sad to say i was rather disappointed by Nxxia's service.
yes i am happy they had the stock of my baby's butt.
but i m not happy that their CS are not so friendly, maybe not all at fault.
but the one that did mine was rather not professional enough.
she took my battery out of my phone without switching it off first...
den she was so guai lan in asking me to wait.
then she kept swinging my hp around holding on to my hp strap.
angry!
thats my phone lei....

im glad i got my baby all nice and fix but pls improve the service.
